Wedding Season: Trial Run

You should have your own test run, just like the bride. This involves trying on the entire outfit, including the suit, shirt, bow tie, shoes, and accessories. If you don’t know how to tie a bow tie, now is the time to learn (do it on the day, pre-tied isn’t a good look) so you don’t waste time on the wedding morning when you could be having a celebratory drink with the guys.
Make sure your shirt has been pressed on the wedding day, that it suits you well, and that the fabric is of good quality (bring a spare in case you overdo it on the dance floor).
Remember to cut the threads on the pockets and vents as well! They’re just there to maintain the suit’s shape when guys put it on, so they should be trimmed before you wear it so the suit hangs properly.
